Trama / Platform / Document ingestion

Document intelligence. Extract the data with ease.

Delivery notes, invoices, declarations of conformity, test reports and certificates already exist in every company along the chain. The engine reads them, extracts the fields and maps them onto the ESPR data model: the supplier is left with a confirmation, not a form.

A photograph of the document taken on a phone is recognised too

PDF, XLSX, images, EDI and CSV. No common record layout to agree in advance: technical documentation arrives as it arrives, and is normalized on the way in.

Confidence

The engine states how sure it is

Every extracted field carries a confidence score. Below the threshold, the field is put forward for confirmation instead of being taken as read.

Human confirmation

No datum enters the passport on its own

Every value carries its origin with it: which document it came from, when it was captured, whether it was verified. And it carries that for good.

Every actor sees exactly their own data perimeter. Nothing more.

Role-based access control and need-to-know by design: the requirement fashion brands are most demanding about when they choose a supplier. In Trama it isn't a configuration — it's the architecture.

Full access

Market surveillance authorities

The complete compliance dataset, documentary evidence and audit trail, available on request as the regulation mandates.

Curated view

End consumers

Composition, origin, certifications and care instructions — the public layer that adds value to the product and the brand.

Full segregation

Supply-chain partners

No supplier can access another partner's data. Formulations, tier-2 sources and volumes stay ring-fenced: the know-how stays with its owner.
