Tramaproof / Platform / Supplier collection

Ask for, chase and receive your suppliers' data without leaving Tramaproof.

The real obstacle is not publishing the passport: it is getting usable data out of subcontractors, CMT workshops and finishing houses. Different systems, or no system at all. Tramaproof's supplier portal exists for that.

The page a supplier opens from the email
Supplier portal

What you declare, and what the supplier confirms

Each supplier works through a dedicated portal — no installations, no IT onboarding. The reading engine takes the data from whatever documents suppliers already have and places it in the passport's fields.

  • Reads PDF, Excel, images and CSV
  • Automatic extraction, with a confidence score per document
  • Fashion's own vocabulary: subcontracting, CMT, finishing, dyeing
Different systems

No two suppliers work alike

Spinners, dye houses and workshops keep their records each in their own way: on paper, in spreadsheets, in ageing management systems. The portal reaches them where they already work, without asking for new tools.

No burden

Answering has to cost nothing

A supplier asked to adopt yet another tool stops replying. When answering takes minutes and installs nothing, response rates climb — and stay high.

Separation

The know-how stays with its owner

No supplier can access another partner's data. Formulations, tier-2 sources and volumes stay confidential.

In practice

What a season of collection looks like

A new collection

You select the products and the suppliers who make them, and each supplier receives one request, in its own language. Documents and certificates already on file are not asked for again: only what is missing or has expired.

A supplier who does not answer

You set the schedule once: when the first message leaves, how many reminders follow, how far apart, and when to stop. From then on the reminders go out on their own, and the list shows which requests are not yet opened, late or complete.

Packaging

The same request carries more than passport data. A packaging supplier sends the data and documents for the PPWR declaration.

Writing to suppliers, reminders and the history of every message have their own page. Supplier communication →

The platform keeps what each supplier sends within clear limits: each party sees its own data, and a supplier's sources reach only the customer they were declared to.

Questions

Do suppliers need an account or a password?

No. They receive an email and open one screen that asks one thing at a time. Nothing is installed and no account is created.

In which language do suppliers receive the request?

In their own. The messages are written from templates kept per language, and the reminder reaches a Turkish supplier in Turkish.

Will a supplier be asked for the same document twice?

No. Certificates and sheets stay on file with their expiry dates, and the next request asks only for what is missing or expired.

Can a supplier see my other suppliers?

No. A supplier sees its own request and a preview of what you will receive, and nothing about the rest of your chain.

Can a supplier bring in its own suppliers?

Yes. It names them in its answer, and the invitation goes out in its name, not yours. The new company answers the same way, on one screen with no account. A company that has been named but not yet invited appears on your map as the next request to make.
